WAR Team Secures Arbitration Win

The Wells, Anderson & Race attorney Adam O’Brien recently achieved a complete defense award in a AAA construction industry arbitration for a general contractor. WAR’s client faced both non-payment and injury claims from a subcontractor on a school construction project in Colorado.
