Robert A. Zahradnik-Mitchell, Associate

Robert Zahradnik-Mitchell’s practice focuses on personal injury defense, bad faith, insurance defense, wrongful death, construction defect litigation, and other civil matters. Mr. Zahradnik-Mitchell attended the University of Central Florida as an undergraduate. While at UCF, he competed on the National Trial Team and graduated with a degree in Legal Studies. Following his graduation from UCF, Mr. Zahradnik-Mitchell continued his education at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he received a merit based Provost’s scholarship.

While attending law school, Mr. Zahradnik-Mitchell geared his studies towards trial advocacy, ultimately earning a position on DU’s National Trial Team. During his time in law school, Mr. Zahradnik-Mitchell also completed an internship with Colorado’s Public Defenders Office. Mr. Zahradnik-Mitchell also completed both an internship and externship with the United States Air Force Staff Judge Advocate’s Office at Buckley Air Force Base and Peterson Air Force Base.

Mr. Zahradnik-Mitchell has litigated and tried cases in federal and state court. He is admitted to the Colorado State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.

In his spare time, Mr. Zahradnik-Mitchell enjoys spending time with his family and reading. He also is an avid hiker and is working towards summiting all of Colorado’s 14ers.
