We represent public and private employers in employment litigation in administrative agencies, federal and state trial and appellate courts throughout Colorado. We defend claims involving allegations of wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment, whistleblower, retaliation and First Amendment claims, allegations of constitutional violations, Fair Labor Standards Act and other federal and state statutory claims, breach of contract and tort claims involving the employment relationship.
Our attorneys handle cases involving enforcement of non-competition agreements and counsel employers on the avoidance of employment claims and risk management issues. We draft and review personnel policies and handbooks, train employers on claim avoidance and risk management. We also represent employers in internal disciplinary hearings and appeals.
