Claire Lee-Hsu’s practice focuses on civil litigation, insurance coverage, extra contractual insurance defense, insurance defense, wrongful death, and other civil matters.
Ms. Lee-Hsu graduated from Yonsei University in South Korea with a degree in Business Administration. Ms. Lee-Hsu graduated from Boston University School of Law in 2009 and practiced in New York where she represented businesses in general commercial matters, including contract disputes and employment disputes. Since moving to Colorado, she has handled complex commercial litigation and insurance related matters.
Ms. Lee-Hsu has litigated cases in federal and state court. She has represented clients in civil trials or complex multi-party settlements which resulted in favorable outcome for her clients.
