David W. Hall has been practicing law in Colorado since 2006. His practice areas include corporate law, complex commercial litigation, construction law, insurance defense and insurance coverage. Mr. Hall began his career in Durango, Colorado, where he represented commercial lenders, local businesses and individuals in a variety of disputes.
Mr. Hall has extensive experience representing small and large businesses as well as individuals in litigation matters. Mr. Hall has a wide range of litigation experience, from defending developers, general contractors and subcontractors in construction defects litigation to defending individuals in contractual disputes, auto accidents and premises liability suits.
Mr. Hall attended Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado and graduated magna cum laude in 2002. After serving as legislative assistant to District 59 Colorado State Representative Mark Larson in 2003, Mr. Hall decided to attend law school at Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia and graduated cum laude in 2006. While at Regent, Mr. Hall was the recipient of the Regent Law Grant, a merit based scholarship, and graduated in the top 15% of his law class.
