Employment

We represent public and private employers with respect to employment matters, statewide. Claims involve allegations of wrongful termination, age, sex, disability and religious discrimination, whistleblower allegations, allegations of constitutional violations, other federal and state statutory claims, breach of contract and related common law torts, brought in state and in federal court at the trial and appellate levels.

We defend cases of alleged sexual assault or sexual discrimination in the workplace, retaliatory conduct and hostile work environment, and have handled matters concerning alleged breaches of termination agreements, including enforcement of non-competition agreements. We also represent our clients before state and federal administrative agencies such as the EEOC and Colorado Civil Rights Division. We prepare and revise company policy manuals and counsel clients concerning avoiding employment claims and risk management issues.
