Construction Defects
Our construction defect litigation involves the
defense of developers, general contractors, product suppliers and
subcontractors in construction defect actions brought by owners,
developers, builders and HOA's, as well as cases dealing with single
homeowner plaintiffs. We also represent individual trades and
vendors whose scope of work involves masonry, framing, wet
utilities, excavation, electrical work, HVAC systems, concrete
placement and foundations, asphalt, drywall, windows and storefront
glass installation, doors, roofing, siding and numerous other areas.
We are experienced in issues of expansive and settling soil, water
damage, and claims of defects in community housing projects and
public building roof cases. We work closely with architect and
engineering experts to provide an early evaluation of the claims and
the exposure to our clients.
