Mary A. Wells, Member, Ms. Wells' national trial practice focuses on complex litigation including product liability and business matters. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and is the 10th Circuit Representative to the ABA Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary. Cathy Havener Greer, Member, Ms. Greer has been practicing law since 1976. After serving as an assistant attorney general for the State of Colorado, as counsel to the Colorado Bank Commissioner, and the Colorado Savings and Loan Commissioner, as well as serving as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Missouri, she entered private practice in 1987. Geoffrey S. Race, Of Counsel, Born in Michigan, Mr. Race was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1964.
