Brandi J. Pummell’s practice focuses on research, writing, and appeals. Ms. Pummell developed a passion for legal research and writing at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and as a law clerk for Justice Alex J. Martinez at the Colorado Supreme Court. She has briefed many cases in the Colorado appellate courts. Past experience includes complex commercial litigation, condemnation, construction defect litigation, employment discrimination, education law, employment law, governmental law, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, and personal injury.
She is active in pro bono activities for the Colorado Bar Association and Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center, plays violin, and is proficient in Japanese.
